Great location, very caring and hospitable staff, the view from our room was spectacular and the breakfast was also good - the variety was not that big, but we could always choose something and the food was great. The little treats for our kids upon arrival were a pleasant surprise. It's a great place to stay in Hong Kong, would come again for sure, we loved it!

I really enjoyed the fact my children and I felt safe, in a welcoming environment. The hotel is in a good location and we caught the shuttle a few times which was extremely convenient. The breakfast was delicious and fantastic variety. The rooms bigger than most in Hong kong and were extremely comfortable.bmy children enjoyed the lolly cart between 6-7pm

Room was small but comfortable and very clean and well kept. We picked the hotel based on location and also going with a reputable name / group of hotels. We had never been to Hong Kong before so we wanted somewhere safe and reliable, and this is what we got.

It has free shuttle for the nearest MTR for free, which is time and money saver. When I lost my phone they help us find the bus we rode and returned my phone.

Very nice hotel! Area is safe and quiet at night, as well as being well lit. Hotel rooms were very nice and beds were super comfortable.

Perfect location for access to WanChai and Causeway Bay. Very clean hotel and rooms. Friendly staff and always willing to help with taxis, questions etc.
